This Privacy Policy explains what personal data BioPage.store ("BioPage", "we") collects, why, and the choices you have.
1. Data we collect
- Account data: name, email, username, profile photo and login details (including Google sign-in).
- Creator content: links, bio, products and files you upload.
- Purchase data: buyer email, order details and payment status. We do not store full card numbers — payments are handled by NOWPayments.
- Payout data: payout method details creators provide to receive earnings.
- Usage data: page views, clicks, device and referrer information, collected without advertising cookies.
- Connected accounts: if you connect Instagram, the data needed to send automated replies you configure.
2. How we use data
- To run your account, pages and storefront.
- To process orders, deliver downloads and send receipts.
- To pay creators and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To send service emails and, where allowed, product updates you can opt out of.
- To improve the service and provide analytics to creators.
3. Sharing
We share data only with providers that help us run BioPage: NOWPayments (our payment processor), our hosting and database providers, Resend (email delivery), AI text providers (only the text you submit for generation) and Meta (when you connect Instagram). Buyers' emails and order details are shared with the creator they purchased from. We do not sell personal data.
4. Retention
We keep data while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax and accounting obligations. You can request deletion at any time.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to certain processing. Email support@biopage.store and we will respond within 30 days.
6. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and signed, expiring download links. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data.
7. Children
BioPage is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
8. Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new version here with an updated date.
