These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BioPage.store ("BioPage", "we", "us"), including our link-in-bio pages, creator storefronts, subscription plans and checkout. By creating an account or making a purchase you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
BioPage lets creators build a public page, share links and sell digital products (such as e-books, templates, presets and courses) to buyers. Creators may subscribe to paid plans that unlock additional features and limits.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live.
- You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for all activity on your account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
3. Payments and our reseller
Payments are processed by NOWPayments, our payment processor. Prices are shown before checkout and include any applicable fees.
4. Subscriptions
- Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled.
- You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Free trials convert to your selected plan or revert to the Free plan when they end, as shown at sign-up.
5. Creator responsibilities
Creators are solely responsible for the products, content and descriptions they publish, and must have all rights to sell them. Creators must deliver what they advertise and handle buyer questions about their products.
6. Prohibited content
You may not use BioPage to sell or share illegal goods, adult or sexually explicit content, weapons, drugs, gambling, counterfeit or pirated material, financial or get-rich-quick schemes, malware, or anything that infringes intellectual property or violates our payment partners' policies. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Charitable donations, crowdfunding, and payments where no product or service is delivered are not permitted on BioPage. Every card payment must be for a software subscription or a digital product delivered to the buyer.
7. Creator payouts and fees
Platform fees depend on the creator's plan and are shown on the pricing page. Creator earnings can be requested once the minimum payout threshold is reached and are paid after review.
8. Intellectual property
You keep ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host and display it to operate the service. The BioPage name, logo and software belong to us.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to buyers, creators or the platform.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, BioPage is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
