We want you to be happy with every purchase on BioPage.store. This policy explains how refunds work.
1. Subscriptions
- You can request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for any paid plan.
- You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and will not renew.
- Renewal payments can be refunded if requested within 14 days and the paid features were not substantially used.
2. Digital products
- Buyers can request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the file is faulty, cannot be downloaded, or is materially different from its description.
- Because digital files are delivered instantly, change-of-mind refunds are at the creator's discretion.
- Duplicate or accidental purchases are always refunded.
3. How to request a refund
Email support@biopage.store with your order email and order details. Payments are processed by NOWPayments; include your payment ID from your NOWPayments receipt so we can locate your order.
4. Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. Crypto payments are refunded in the original currency to a wallet address you provide, minus network fees.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank — we resolve most requests within 48 hours.
